NEEMIC ships nationwide in China and internationally to any destination worldwide. In Beijing we deliver with bicycle, nationwide with S.F. Express and internationally with UPS.
Shipping domestic and worldwide is always for free, except express delivery. If you require express please write to delivery@neemic.asia with subject "EXPRESS REQUIRED" and we'll contact you ASAP.
During the checkout process, please fill in your contact information and you will shortly after receive a delivery cost quote based on your delivery selection. Once you've ordered, you'll first receive an order confirmation per email, and another email with an online tracking number of your parcel of the corresponding delivery service.
Customs and duties vary from country to country and are to be paid separately by the receiver.
For items on stock we estimate from 2 to 10 working days, depending on your location: Domestically 2-3 days, Hong Kong and Taiwan 4-5 days, everywhere else around 7-10 days.

Payment
Our online store accepts payment in the form of credit card (Visa, Master Card), PayPal and AliPay.
Your card will not be charged until the order has been filled.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns, but if you enquire about a particular item, we are able to send you exact measurements of a particular clothing.
We are glad to exchange (shop credit) any full price, unworn, unwashed NEEMIC product within 10 days of receipt of your online purchase. All items returned for an exchange must be unworn and have any original tags or packaging. After 10 days, all sales are FINAL. We are not able to offer a refund, or price adjustments. Thank you for your understanding.

You are responsible for any return shipping costs. NEEMIC is not responsible for return shipping costs, nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
We will process your exchange as soon as possible. We have the right to deny exchanges if the merchandise returned do not meet our exchange requirements.
Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders are processed from Beijing, China.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
For all international shipments, the option of UPS Express Saver is given (5-10 days). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Signature is required at parcel arrival.
Taxes and Duties
International orders will be shipped via UPS Express Mail International and Chinese orders with a domestic parcel service. Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 7-14 days from the order date, domestic orders 1-3 days. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. NEEMIC is not responsible for payment of this duty.
Brick and Mortar Store Return Policy
NEEMIC products in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt for the current selling price. No refunds. No price adjustments. We have the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will be used solely for the purpose of filling your online order.
